Thursday, June 157:00—8:30 PMCarlo Meeting RoomNorthville District Library212 West Cady St, Northville, MI, 48167
You can’t get fresher than your own garden! Whether you have a full garden bed or a few pots, you can grow your own food. (Tip: if you don’t spray your lawn, you’ll find plenty of tasty ingredients there, too.) Join us to talk about why homegrown food is good for your health and how to use the fruits and veggies of your labor in easy-to-make dishes, from salads in a jar to zoodle dinners. Eating what you grow is simple and satisfying! And we'll also cover the benefits of animal products from grass-fed animals and how to best use those.
