The Plymouth District Library along with the Plymouth Township Historic District Commission is pleased to host historian Joe Oldenburg for a presentation on the Detroit House of Correction (DeHoCo), one of Detroit's main prisons, and a precursor to men's and women's prisons, including the Scott Correctional Facility.
