Friends Community Room, Northville District Library

Official Capacity: 20

Minimum booking duration: 1 hour

        ● You must be a Library District resident, group or business to book a room.
        ● For-profit entities will be charged a fee. Full Day: $150.00   Up to 4 Hours: $75.00
        ● You are responsible for room set up and clean up.
        ● You may book a room up to 6x per year.
        ● Only light refreshments allowed in Meeting Rooms (ex: cookies, snacks)
        ● Rooms can be booked 6 months in advance.
        ● 15 minute cleanup is considered part of your room booking. You are responsible for cleaning up and being out of  the room before the next scheduled group.


ROOM EQUIPMENT:
● 6 tables, 20 chairs
● 80" HD TV screen
● Podium, Whiteboard
● HDMI plugins only
● All other connections require converter (please bring your own)
● Other equipment (BluRay/DVD, Apple TV, Roku Express) available upon request

The Library does NOT provide laptop computers for use in the meeting room(s). You are expected to bring your own computer if you need present. Please ensure your device uses HDMI connectors.

        ● For-profit entities will be charged a fee. Full Day: $50.00   Up to 4 Hours: $25.00
        ● You are responsible for room set up and clean up.
        ● You may book a room up to 6x per year.
  •     ● Only light refreshments allowed in Meeting Rooms (ex: cookies, snacks)
        ● Rooms can be booked 6 months in advance.
  •     ● 15 minute cleanup is considered part of your room booking. You are responsible for cleaning up and being out of  the room before the next scheduled group. 
  •    ●  Minimum room attendance is considered to be 15. Please do not book this room for smaller groups, as they may be subject to denial.
